Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost of $14.95 for NSW, VIC, ACT & SA or $19.95 for TAS, WA & NT.
When will I receive my order?
If you’re needing your order by a certain date, you can select this on the check out page. Dates that are fully booked or unavailable like public holidays won’t be shown.
Your order will be packed and posted within 1-2 business days, with a tracking number emailed to you. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected and your location.

Can I pick up my order?
Of course! Our pick up option is from our retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213). Pick up is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday between 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm. Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays.
Can I just shop in store?
Yes, of course! We have a retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213). No appointment necessary, you can pop in during our trading hours which is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm.
Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays, however balloon delivery is available on these days by appointment only.
Can I get a cake topper custom made?
Yes, we can custom design and create acrylic cake toppers. Plain colours or glitter coated available.
Please allow a few days for this to be completed depending on quantities, plus shipping time. Contact us with your requirements to order – include the wording, preferred colour and event date.
