How much is shipping?

Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost of $9.95 for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD & SA or $14.95 for TAS, WA & NT.

Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost of $14.95 for NSW, VIC, ACT & SA or $19.95 for TAS, WA & NT. 

When will I receive my order?

If you’re needing your order by a certain date, you can select this on the check out page. Dates that are fully booked or unavailable like public holidays won’t be shown.

Your order will be packed and posted within 1-2 business days, with a tracking number emailed to you. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected and your location.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! Our pick up option is from our retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213). Pick up is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday between 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm. Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays.

Can I just shop in store?

Yes, of course! We have a retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213). No appointment necessary, you can pop in during our trading hours which is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm. 

Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays, however balloon delivery is available on these days by appointment only. 

Can I get engraving done while I wait?

Please allow a few days for engraving orders to be completed depending on quantities and stock availability for your preferred items.

Can I bring in my own item for engraving?

Yes, we can engrave on some other items, subject to inspection of the quality and material. Please note that we don’t engrave on any jewellery.

Is it possible to have a logo or picture engraved on an item?

Yes! As long as the item is large enough, we can usually engrave a logo and/or plain text. You will need to provide a high resolution copy of the logo to us in jpg or png format.

We can engrave basic images like a soccer ball, which we can source for you or you can provide to us. Please note that we can’t engrave trademarked images like the Barbie logo.
