Do you deliver and set up balloons?

Yes, delivery is available in Sydney 7 days a week. Prices vary depending on your location, the day of the week & time required. Orders for Sundays or after hours may incur a slightly higher fee. Please contact us with the suburb, function date & start time and access times to your venue, for an accurate quote and availability.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to most areas in Sydney. Delivery fees will vary depending on your location, the day of the week & time required. Some areas have a minimum order amount before we can deliver there. What happens if the recipient is not home to receive the delivery?

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and that it is possible for balloons to be accepted. If no one is home at the time of delivery and you have provided a contact phone number for the recipient, we will try to reach them for instructions. Otherwise, we will leave the balloons in their bag and in a safe place like a front porch. 

When will I receive my order?

You can select your preferred pick up or delivery date in the check out page. Dates that are fully booked or unavailable like public holidays won’t be shown. 

Same day balloon delivery is available to selected areas in Sydney if ordered prior to 10am AEST. We aren’t able to guarantee an exact delivery time, but will endeavour to delivery as close as possible to your preference. 

Can I pre order & pick up my order?

Of course! Our pick up option is from our retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213). Pick up is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday between 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm. Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays, however balloon delivery is available on these days by appointment only.

How long will my balloons last?

We will always ask what day/ time your function starts and how long you’d like the balloons to last. This allows us to recommend a suitable design. Our standard 30cm latex balloons float for approximately 12- 18 hours. We can also add a treatment to these to extend their life to approximately 2-3 days. Our foil and bubble balloons float for approximately one week, and these can be refilled. We also have a range of air filled designs which can last even longer. 

Can I choose the colour/s for my balloon order?

Definitely! Most of our balloon designs can be made in any colour combinations, and you can simply select your preferences from the fields shown on the product page. 

Some of the balloon arrangements are pre-designed for to suit certain themes eg. fire engine bouquet features red balloons to match. If you prefer something different, please let us know in the comments section of your order.

Please note that balloon colours may have minor variations from the images displayed on the website due to availability, but will be as close as possible to your colour choices.

Can you colour match or send me colour samples?

Of course! We have our colour charts to browse on the website and in store. If you can’t see the colours you need, we can also create custom colours to match exactly with your other materials. You’re welcome to email us any photos of what you’d like to match and we will recommend the closest balloon colours. 

Please note that balloon colours may have minor variations from the images displayed on the website due to availability, but will be as close as possible to your colour choices.

Can I just shop in store?

Yes, of course! We have a retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213). No appointment necessary, you can pop in during our trading hours which is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm. 

Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays, however balloon delivery is available on these days by appointment only. 

Do I need to pre order online?

We recommend pre ordering your balloons in advance to secure your preferred design, pick up date and time slot. We do also accept walk ins, but please be aware that there may be a short wait time during our periods of Fridays & Saturdays, and from September to December. 

We offer same day orders if placed by 10am Monday to Saturday, but also highly recommend ordering in advance for delivery so that we can reserve your spot. Give us a call if you’ve missed the cut off time as we may still be able to accommodate you.
