    Can I shop in store?

    Yes, of course! We have a retail store located at 138 Tower St, Panania NSW (South West Sydney 2213? with a range of trophies in store to browse and for purchase. If you require bulk, we can order them & also offer custom engraving.

    No appointment necessary, you can pop in during our trading hours which is Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 10am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm. Please note that our store is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays.

    Can I have my trophy order shipped to me?

    We ship domestically within Australia.

    Due to weight and size, shipping fees for trophies will be calculated once your order is completed.

    How soon can my order be ready?

    For small trophy orders, please allow at least 3 business days for this to be completed. The processing time will vary based on quantities required and stock availability for your preferred items.

    If you need trophies for a whole team or club, it’s best to order in advance to allow us enough time to complete your trophies in time for your event. This can be 2- 4 weeks. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide an estimated time frame. 

    Can I get engraving done while I wait?

    Please allow a few days for engraving orders to be completed depending on quantities and stock availability for your preferred items.

    Can I bring in my own item for engraving?

    Yes, we can engrave on some other items, subject to inspection of the quality and material. Please note that we don’t engrave on any jewellery.

    Is it possible to have a logo or picture engraved on an item?

    Yes! As long as the item is large enough, we can usually engrave a logo and/or plain text. You will need to provide a high resolution copy of the logo to us in jpg or png format.

    We can engrave basic images like a soccer ball, which we can source for you or you can provide to us. Please note that we can’t engrave trademarked images like the Barbie logo.
