Navigating the Website:
Products are sorted in pages and subcategories for your convenience. For example, there is a main page called Balloons with extra subcategories including Table Arrangements, Balloon Arches, Helium Balloons etc. Some products may be found in numerous locations, such as Candles & 18th Birthday. There is a search bar at the top right hand corner of the menu so you can search for particular items containing that description.
How to Order Products Online:
To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the image to go to the description page. On the right hand side of the image there is a button + and – to adjust the quantity of that product. Then click on ‘Add to Cart’.
To view your shopping cart, click on the shopping trolley icon at the top right hand corner of the menu. Here you can edit the quantity of the items in your cart and remove any.
To calculate shipping, click on the arrw below your order totals and enter your state and post code. For more information on shipping prices, postage & handling times and post codes for express shipping, see the ‘Postage, Delivery & Pick up’ page which can be found on the bottom of tsite.
How to Order Balloons:
We have a range of our designs featured on our website on the ‘Balloons’ for your perusal, including descriptions and price guides. There are also colour charts and some printed balloons listed online, and most designs can be changed to suit your colour theme and occasion. You can also add any of the balloon arrangements to the cart system, however it is a quote based system only, which means we’ll email you back with an accurate quote on the designs requested. Please add a note if you’d like a quote on delivery & setup, including the suburb, function date, start time and access time of the venue so we can check our availability.

Payment Options & Security:
We accept Visa & Mastercard, EFT, cash, eftpos, cheque. Afterpay is also available online only (not available in store or for balloon / trophy orders).
Wrong or faulty items can be refunded within 7 days and must be in new / unopened condition. Return shipping charges are not refundable, only the cost of the merchandise. No refunds will be given for change of mind. Please see the document below for more details:
